I am an integrative Counsellor offering appropriate individual therapies targeted at your own personal needs. I offer a range of counselling services, using an integrative approach (including CBT):
Often in our lives we are faced with problems and difficulties that create emotional disturbances in our minds, leaving us to question, wonder and worry about our feelings, our emotions, thoughts and behaviours, whilst we keep trying to function in our day to day lives.
These thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours may cause us to have emotions that we have never experienced or acknowledged before.
Counselling and Psychotherapy are also known as Talking Therapies. As your counsellor I support you as a unique individual, letting you set the tone and the pace in a calm, ethical setting, either in person at one of my therapy rooms or via Video Call, if you prefer to feel secure in your own environment.
My role isn’t to push, or to tell you how to move forward. I guide you, listen, and accompany you on your self-exploration journey, supporting you whilst also ensuring you feel safe and able to explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviours in an honest and secure environment.
I offer face to face counselling, or can arrange video calls via Whatsapp, so you can choose the approach that you feel most comfortable with. You can find more about my working hours and locations on my Appointments page.
